Project Overview
ROI Development, a returning AT Steel client, required a multi-tenant commercial shell that could accommodate twelve independent lease-ready mercantile spaces while presenting a unified architectural identity along the highly visible John Young Parkway corridor in Orlando.
AT Steel engineered, manufactured, and erected the pre-engineered steel superstructure, cold-formed framing, and insulated metal panel envelope under a single delegated-design package. The project delivered a column-free 30,000 sq ft building divided into twelve 2,500 sq ft tenant suites, each featuring its own storefront entrance, overhead service door, and flexible interior layout.
The result was a modern, hurricane-resistant commercial development completed on an accelerated schedule, providing a durable, energy-efficient building envelope ready for immediate tenant fit-out and long-term commercial occupancy.
